I marked out the location of the four concrete piers (marked with orange paint).

Today the posthole diggers arrived to bore the earth to receive four concrete piers; two for larger telescopes and two for smaller instruments.

We used a laser transit tool to level the top of each concrete form to +/- 1/8".

The four concrete forms are in place and secured with bracing.

The concrete is poured and the four jigs that each define the 3 bolts in predefined bolt circle have been inserted into the top of the concrete piers.
